Do you service Rolex and other luxury watches?
Yes. We service luxury watches, and Rolex service work is sent to Rolex's own service center. We handle the shipping and keep you updated.
How long does a watch overhaul take?
Most overhauls take 2–3 weeks, and some take up to 6. Watches that need factory parts can take longer, and we'll tell you up front.
Will my watch still be water-resistant?
After crystal or case work, we replace the gaskets and seals to help restore water resistance.
Can you fix a watch I didn't buy here?
Yes. We service watches from any store.
