1. Sales & Jewelry Repair Associates

Be the friendly face of our showroom while helping clients keep their treasures beautiful. In this role, you will assist with in-store shopping, handle client pickups, and perform basic jewelry adjustments and counter repairs.

  • What you'll do: Guide customers through our collections, take in repair intake orders, and perform on-the-spot adjustments.

  • What we look for: Great customer service skills, a retail background, and an eager eye for jewelry care.

2. Pawn Associates

Provide respectful, transparent financial services to our community. You will evaluate gold and items to help customers secure quick, affordable loans in a supportive environment.

  • What you'll do: Appraise gold, test items, explain our low interest rates, and process pawn transactions safely and efficiently.

  • What we look for: Strong communication, basic math skills, and a welcoming, judgment-free attitude.

3. Jewelers

Bring craftsmanship and artistry to our workbench. You will lead complex restorations and help bring our custom design projects to life.

  • What you'll do: Handle resizing, stone setting, and deep jewelry repairs using our advanced in-house technology. You will also collaborate with clients to turn their ideas into custom pieces.

  • What we look for: Proven bench experience, precision skills, and a passion for fine jewelry making.

4. Watchmakers

Keep our community running on time. You will oversee our watch service department, diagnosing and fixing a wide range of timepieces.

  • What you'll do: Clean, adjust, and repair mechanical and quartz watches with meticulous attention to detail.

  • What we look for: Technical training or professional experience in watchmaking and a steady hand for intricate components.
